
So that tenants of Voice-sponsored affordable housing may live long
and prosper, the Resident Opportunity Services Program (ROS) enables
- Voluntary Participation in Coaching, Conflict Resolution and Connections to social, health and economic opportunity resources;
- Coordination of Care Services (with outside agencies supporting special needs of tenants’) integrating all residents in the life of their building and community;
- Tenant Empowerment via Advocacy and Problem Solving, Leadership Development, Training, Community Engagement; and,
- Triaged Services for housing stability and mitigation of social, health and economic emergencies.
